Houseboat is the answer to the need for freedom and close contact with nature. The solutions we use allow our customers to enjoy watery landscapes while providing comfortable and luxurious living conditions.
Houses on the water are not only a unique way to get in touch with nature, but also an effective way to make an investment characterized by a quick return and low operating costs. They are ideal for hotels offering exclusive apartments and for plots of land without development rights, and can also serve as restaurants or bars.
As standard equipment for our homes on the water, we offer:
- A low-energy electrical system, including lighting and outlets in all rooms, ensuring comfortable and energy-efficient use;
- Hot and cold water supply and sewage disposal, guaranteeing full functionality and hygiene of the house;
- Central heating, ensuring comfortable living conditions throughout the year.
Adapting to the diverse needs and individual requirements of investors, we offer additional options to equip our homes on the water, including but not limited to:
- Proprietary photovoltaic installation, ensuring energy independence;
- A “smart home” system with remote control and monitoring of the installation;
- Air conditioning and recuperation, enabling the maintenance of optimal climatic conditions inside the house;
- The possibility of connecting the house to the existing connections of the waterfront plumbing and electrical system.
Each of our houses on the water is a guarantee of solidity and safety. Each structure is specially designed and made of durable materials that provide resistance to changing weather conditions, including ice. Our houses have valid certificates and certificates of registration with the Polish Register of Shipping and have components with current Certificates of Product Type Recognition issued by the aforementioned register. We provide our customers with a 10-year warranty in accordance with the warranty conditions for floating objects.
Piers
We offer KEJA and WEEKEND steel-framed floating platforms, ideal as equipment for marinas, swimming areas, mooring, recreational and fishing applications. Our platforms are distinguished by:
- Rigid hot-dip galvanized steel frame construction and foamed polystyrene buoyancy elements;
- High load capacity and lateral stability, stability and safety of use;
- Deck of the deck made of grooved pressure-impregnated pine plank;
- Installation channels under the deck;
- Connection with flexible screw-rubber joints for optimum flexibility and safety.
Floating Platforms
We offer floating platforms made with advanced proprietary technologies:
- FPS SQUARE – viewing platforms and special platforms.
- FPS SQ-TECH – ideal for reefers, dredgers, cranes, winches and pumping stations.
Both types of platforms are characterized by rigid and robust construction, resistant to ice and requiring no maintenance. Each provides high carrying capacity and stability with low draft. The platforms’ frames are equipped with a fastening system that makes it possible to connect them to other modules and install accessories. Under the deck, channels have been installed for cable installation. The deck of the platform, depending on the application, is made of corrugated pine plank or hot-dip galvanized steel lattice structure.
